Believe it! With the recent advancements in C64 emulators (namely C64s and CCS64 for IBM-compatible PCs and assorted emulators for the Amiga), you can now run all of the old C64 software. At one time, it used to take 15 seconds for a mere spaceship to move from the top to the bottom of the screen in an emulator. Now, the emulator can run much faster than the C64 could ever hope to.
What good is an emulator without the available software? This is where the High Voltage C64 CD set comes in. The HV CDs contains over 18,000 titles available in D64 format including games and demos (see below for a complete listing). With a C64 emulator and the HV CDs in hand, all the user has to do is simple load the desired title! It is that easy.
There are two CDs available which contain every software title that we could get our hands on. The first CD was released over a few year ago and due to the high demand for more C64 software, the second CD was produced. One final note, the HV CDs will be available for a limited time only.
